Data collected and purposes

Like all websites, this site also makes use of log files in which information collected in an automated manner is kept during user visits. The information collected could be the following:

Such data are never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the purposes of protection of the site and its users (from 25 May 2018 such information will be treated according to the legitimate interests of the owner).

If the site allows the inclusion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, the site automatically detects and records some identification data of the user, including the email address. These data are voluntarily provided by the user at the time of requesting service delivery. By expressly accepting the privacy policy and inserting a comment or other information, the user agrees that the contents inserted can be freely used by the owner and made visible to third parties.

The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time needed to provide the service. Privacy Policy for users comments

The possibility to leave a comment on the website (hereinafter referred to as “web site”) is reserved for the users (hereinafter also referred to as “interested”), after conferring the data through a specific form.

Therefore, as prescribed by art. 13 of the D. Lgs. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”) and the EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the holder of the data processing, (indicated as the “owner”), provides users who wish to include comments or reviews on the site with information about the processing of acquired.

1.    Which data are processed and for which purpose

The personal data provided by the user through the form are used in the sole purpose of identifying the user to allow to use the comment service. Please note that some of the data submitted through the form, as indicated on the page from which you can insert the comment, will be published together with the comment.

We inform you that the data you voluntarily provide through the form will be transformed into an email that will be stored within the system of receiving emails used by the site owner for 12 months and used to perform the requested service.

2.    Communication and dissemination

Since the comment service is set up in such a way that some of the data released through the form are published along with the commentary, the user is requested to evaluate beforehand whether to proceed and/or use a nickname to not be easily Recognizable by those who visit the Web page where the comment is published. In the event that the data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, the rights of data subjects are guaranteed (with the exception of the right to portability that is not provided for by the regulations), in particular the right to oppose the treatment that can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.

Technical Information and Location of Servers Provided:

The servers are located in the Italian territory data center specifically: Datacenter Equinix, Via Savona, Milano – They are equipped with firewalls. The servers used produce daily backups with a 5-day history.
